Maeve Fox’s upstairs private function room boasts an elegant interior with stunning views of the city skyline, private bar and private bathrooms. The venue is conveniently located next to East Richmond train station, and free station parking is available at the rear. All of your boxes are ticked with this private function room. This space can cater to small groups or large functions up to 120 people. This space can accomodate a range of private functions including engagement parties, birthday parties, hens parties, bucks parties, EOFY events, Christmas functions, corporate celebrations, anniversaries and much much more.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum spend?
The minimum spend for the Entire Upstairs depends on the day of the week, and timing of your function. The minimum spend always includes both food and beverage, and must be met fully by the function organiser. Purchases made by guests do not contribute to the minimum spend.
Fri Night: $2500 ($3500 in December)
Sat Night: $3500 ($4500 in December)
Sun-Thurs Night: $2000 ($2500 in December)
Day Time Events: Determined on a case by case basis
How many guests can I have?
Up to 120 people.
Timing for functions?
Day time: 12pm – 4pm
Night time: 5pm – 1am
Alternative timings can be arranged upon request.
Can I have a bar tab?
Yes you may. Beverages can be in the form of either a bar tab or a beverage package.
Can I decorate?
We do not allow anything stuck to a painted surface, no confetti or glitter and no open flames or candles other than birthday candles. Any other decorations are welcomed.
Can I have underage guests?
You may, as long as our underage guest policy is met.
Can I bring my own cake?
Yes you may. We do not charge a fee for this.
Is there a smoking area?
There is no smoking areas upstairs however if you have smokers at your function, they can smoke on the ground floor at either the rear or front smoking areas.
When can I view the space?
Of course! To book an appointment to view the space, please contact us via email or phone us directly 0448 006 006. We can take viewing appointments Monday-Friday between 9am to 6pm. We can arrange an after hours or weekend appointment if required.
